In the general clinic first appointments (or appointments for patients who haven't been to the clinic in the last six months) are one hour and twenty minutes. Follow up appointments are forty minutes.
The general clinic is open for booking appointments from Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.30. The earliest appointments start at 8.40am. For a first appointment (as these take longer), the latest time that can be given is 16.40. Otherwise the last appointment time is 5.20pm.
If you require an appointment outside of these times, we have an evening/Saturday clinic which runs from 17.45 to 20.15, Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays. The evening/Saturday clinic is run by qualified osteopaths and as such the treatment fee is slightly higher at £40 per session. Please note that community partnership and concessionary rates are not available for the evening clinic.
Our specialist clinics run on specific days/times, the length of the appointment varies so please check with our clinic reception team for current scheduling.
The BSO is an exempt charity, with a mission to make osteopathy affordable and accessible to the whole community. Our fees are less than half those generally charged in private practices.
Please note: as of Monday 5th September 2016 some of our fees are increasing. New fees are indicated in brackets.

Although the BSO clinic makes every effort to ensure that it fully meets the needs of patients, it is acknowledged that there will be times when patients may request a refund for appointments. The BSO clinic operates a Clinic Appointment Refund Policy (below) to deal with such eventualities. This policy gives detail of the normal grounds under which refunds are given and explains the process of how to apply should you need to.
