The British School of Osteopathy offers a range of rooms in all layouts and sizes for private hire. With seminar rooms, board rooms and large lecture theatres seating up to 114 people, the BSO can meet the demands of your event.
We additionally offer a unique range of practical rooms suitable for teaching a variety of courses including osteopathy, physiotherapy and massage.
All of our rooms have accessible IT equipment and adaptable layouts so that you can make the most of the space provided.
Rooms are available to hire at evenings and weekends throughout the year and during the week outside of term time. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings. Please download our booking form at the bottom of the page for a full range of rooms and prices.
The BSO is ideally located on Borough High Street. This central location in a diverse and vibrant area makes it the ideal choice for your meeting or event.
There are numerous transport links within walking distance to the school: Borough tube station is less than a minute away; London Bridge is 5 minutes away; and it is only a 10 minute walk to the City. Not only is the BSO really easy to get to there are many world-renowned attractions close by, including Borough Market, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern and Southwark Cathedral.

A half-day minimum charge applies to all bookings. When the building is not open for any other reason, a charge to cover building security will apply, at £90 per half-day and £180 per full day.
No VAT is charged on room hire.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
Over 8 weeks: No charge
8 - 4 weeks: 30%
4 - 2 weeks: 50%
Less than 2 weeks: 75%
